The advantages of a residential leisure park with pitch assignment

There are two main types of PRL, which, although historically based on the same camping activity and having the same tourist vocation, do not have the same operating mode or legal status: PRL with hotel management and non-hotel PRL operated by transfer of freehold plots.

Hotel-managed PRLs fall into the category of open-air tourist establishments, whereas pitch-sale PRLs are tourist establishments similar to allotments, developed and managed in accordance with the rules of common law for this type of land development.

Our full-ownership pitch-sale PRLs will enable you to buy your pitch instead of renting it on a year-round basis, as in the hotel model. Under the same conditions of legal certainty as the purchase of a traditional second home. Through a notarized deed of sale.

The park will be managed and maintained by a janitor under the direction of an Association Syndicale Libre (ASL), and will be organized as a year-round housing estate.

The advantages of a pitch-sale residential leisure park

The only constructions authorized in a PRL with pitch allocation are light leisure homes (HLL).

HLLs are structures without foundations, which can be dismantled or transported, and are intended for temporary or seasonal occupation for leisure purposes.

They are subject to specific regulations, and in particular to a maximum occupancy limit of 20% of the total surface area of the pitch allocated to them (excluding awnings and removable terraces). And they must not be confused with caravans and other mobile leisure homes, which are part of the broader concept of light leisure housing.

Our PRL comprises a number of lots already equipped with light leisure housing. You can therefore choose to buy a bare pitch or a lot already equipped with its own dwelling.
